Modesto attorney and school board member Ruben Villalobos will get his moment on the small screen later this year. Villalobos represents former NBA player Chris Herren in a drug case in Stanislaus County that dates to 2006. Monday, a crew from ESPN’s “30 for 30” documentary series came to Villalobos’ office in downtown Modesto to film a segment on Herren.
