Heroin Withdrawal: Celebrity Rehab ‘Marijuana’ Addict!!???
Question by CosmicGrl: Celebrity Rehab ‘Marijuana’ Addict!!???
This is some kind of joke, right? Doesn’t it kind of undermine the fact that marijuana is not a narcotic and is not addictive, as the government’s 80 year failure to provide conclusive evidence has shown? “Marijuana withdrawal is comparable to Heroin withdrawal,” Dr. Drew said to the washed up former child star. Huh? I’ve seen people get a bit cranky when their dealer up the street runs out of supply, but I have yet to this day seen a marijuana ‘user’ suffer through vomiting,seizures/convulsions,night sweats, tremors, the ‘pricklies’ or any other symptom associated with opiate withdrawal. Now, if I were 15 again, I would see this misinformation, and that of the “parternership for a drug free america” ad campaign as I saw the “Just Say No” ads from Nancy Reagan when they began labeling (impoverished) sick people criminals in the 80’s. “I smoke weed and stop without being as miserable as Timmy, my friend the heroin addict.” “The government and the geezers are liars. Have a shot, granny…”

The world would be better without marijuana or the need for it, but then again that works the same for guns, war, money, religion, highways, cars, and everything else that ends up torturing people. But I would say marijuana is the least serious disaster out of them all.
