Question by Iamhere: How would you react if you parent told you this in a lecture?
So the other day I got one of those you need to make a dramatic change in your life lecture. My dad said I’m addicted music. When I am alone I do listen to music. I sometimes listen while doing homework if the homework is long. When I study my music is off. When I’m w/my friends music is completely out of my mind. I didn’t take my ipod on our 5 day vacation and it didn’t bother me at all. My dad said I don’t want to join a club in school because I want to run home and get “high” on my music. I felt really upset w/that statement. Would you be upset too?

You need to explain to your parents when you listen to your music and the fact that you do not let it interfer with your homework etc
