Candy by Kevin Brooks.
It’s about a teenage guy who gets mixed up with a drug-addicted prostitute. The story mostly revolves around their relationship and him helping her out of drug abuse… such a powerful book, I’d recommend it to anyone.

Anything by Charles Bukowski. Seriously, he doesn’t throw punches. He writes about sex and drugs like Stephen king writes about horror.
