MANILA, Philippines — There were two rather alarming reports released recently, one a New York Times report on the high incidence of deaths among young people from overdoses of prescription drugs in Ohio, and the other a Reuters report of a study conducted at Yale University in Connecticut that concludes that excessive use of the Internet by teenagers qualifies as an addiction.
