My friend took a drug called tramadol, and she’s been taking it for a couple of days now. If she decides to stop taking in 4 days or 3 days, will she detox?

sounds like a good drug, it has a short half-life so she’ll be right in a couple of days.

Taking it for that period of time, it is unlikely she will withdraw from the drug. However, warn her that the withdraw is horrible and will last about a week – some symptoms being depression, seizures, aggressiveness and such.
