Yes. Ok, drug use is one someone uses drugs occasionaly or in a responsible manner (doesnt take more than the directed dosage, doesnt get so f-ed up they dont remember what happened, doesnt spend more money on the drugs than they can afford to.

Drug abuse is when you start taking over doses, using 24/7, spending more money than you have on the drugs, and getting so f-ed up you dont remember or know whats going on.

Drug addiction is a result of drug abuse and means that they are literally addicted to the drugs. They arent just abusing it by choice, they are addicted, and usually need medical help to get healthy.
