A state Senate Task Force is making its way across New York to hear from law enforcement, drug treatment agencies, doctors and families about the rise of heroin abuse and overdose in our state. Leaders want to create legislation they hope will curb what some are calling the opioid epidemic in New York. Time Warner Cable News reporter Cristina Domingues was at the forum and has our story.
