i’m 19 and have been suffering from anxiety my entire life. by the time i reached my teens, i had panic/anxiety attacks, bouts of agoraphobia and OCD. i thought i’d grow out of these things so i didn’t do much about it until i was 18 and i realized the anxiety was seriously keeping me from doing things. all those years i put all my energy into curbing my anxiety, and it didn’t leave much time for enjoyment. by february, i was on zoloft, and by june i was off of it because it made me totally manic and exasperated my OCD.
i went into mania and then scary, suicidal thoughts when i tried to get off!
I’m going to see a homeopathic psychotherapist this week…have any anxiety sufferers had any success with homeopathy?
i’m just gonna have faith and go see this lady…i’ve done my homework on her and we’ll see how it goes.
i’ve gone to 2 conventional psychologists, a psychiatrist,a therapist, tried an SSRI…i think i personally just need someone who is spiritual rather than cerebral.

let me correct it…she isn’t a homeopathic psychotherapist…just a psychotherapist who believes in a holistic health and lifestyle…she seems different from the rest, so we’ll see.

i am not an anxiety sufferer but i have treated a number of mental cases with homeopathic remedies ranging from post-partum insanity to paranoia and has found homeopathic remedies to be highly effective in these cases, and cures in a short time too…
