It is “ativan”, not activan.
Better depends on what works best for you. Why would you want to take them? What kind of condition do you have that these can help with?
Valium is gentle and mild and long lasting. Ativan is potent and shorter lasting. Ativan is more addictive and is more known for causing long term cognitive problems that can be permanent. Withdrawals from both of them are worse than heroin withdrawals.
