I take my dog everywere. including work. and one of the guys there is scared of her witch i find to be stupid because she is like 5 lbs. its just like she knew it because she keeps on barkign and barkign at. i need her to stop doign that

get her to start listening to you around the house.
make her listen to you for the small stuff so when you go outside she looks up to you for guidance along the way, not leading, protecting, you because that is what she is doing now.
you have to be the boss and like a kid in a candy store, they just keep on trying.

Train her by giving her a loud, stern NO when she does it. If someone walks by and she does NOT bark, praise her and give her a treat (not all the time with the treats, of course).
Barking is a good and natural thing for dogs. She just needs to be trained when it is appropriate and when it is not.
