Gentle Leaders for Dogs?

Question by Caitlin: gentle leaders for dogs?
I have a 60 lb. Dalmation/Lab mix. We recently started using the Halti Gentle Leader with her. she did great at first, walks we’re awesome.. but now she just randomly stops during walks and freezes. We have tried so many things to get her to move again, but its so difficult. I literally have to push her to go again. She doesn’t want to go for walks anymore and isn’t excited by the Gentle Leader. She hates it. I tried to get her acclimated to it by giving her treats and letter her sniff it at first, but i don’t think I did enough. Any suggestions? Or reasons as to why she is stopping on walks?

Thanks
