I’m only 16 and I feel like I’m already going down the wrong path, and I know it.

I’m VERY SENSITIVE to stress. Yes, stress is needed but I have never been taught how to deal with it in “positive” ways.
–
I smoke weed. Not like every weekend kinda thing. Once a month. And it feels like the best time of my life.
There’s no stress. I feel awesome, fine, like nothing could go wrong.
I drink too. I wish I could just drink every stress and problem away. But I can’t. I know it, I rarely drink, but when I do, I want to just drink and drink and never stop.
