none if your on the correct medication and in a proper detox unit, dont try doing it on your own it can be dangerous and you can end up very poorly

If the person who is detoxing was an extreme drinker,It can be fatal without doctors.Alot of people dont realize that alcohol detox is the most dangerous than any other detox.It can actually cause death.I have reccommended this herb for opiate withdrawls or detox but it has also been said to help with alcohol withdrawals.The herb is called Kratom.Do a google search for “Kratom for alcohol withdrawals” and see what pops up.Here are a few links about the herb..Oh and to answer your question…Increased heart rate,blood pressure,vomiting,diahrrea,convulsions or shivering,sweating perfusely,headaches,body aches,stomach pains,hallucination(rare cases)…there are more…you can google that as well
