Cecil Township man arrested for allegedly robbing convenience store
During his arraignment before Weller, Wayman reportedly told the judge that he has a heroin addiction. He was arraigned before Weller on two counts of robbery and one count of theft. Wayman was placed in Washington County jail on $ 100,000 bond.
