How Do I Train My Dog to Come Back to Me When I Call?

Question by Maynard: How do I train my dog to come back to me when i call?
I want to know how to effectively teach my dog recall. At the moment, I call her, then (if I’m lucky) she stops and looks at me, then looks at where she wants to go and clearly thinks; ‘Screw him =) ‘ How do I make myself more attractive than the other dog/area/person to my dog? She can do all the basic commands when she comes to me (sit, down, beg, roll, stay…) thanks!
