I was just wondering if the withdrawal ease product, that you see on nearly every add bar on the internet, really works? I had been treating wds from hydrocodone with kratom for about a month now, and just today actually, got the withdrawal ease in the mail. I would like to stop the kratom and am honestly not too worried about the wds from kratom. My biggest concern is the dreaded PAWS. I know im past acute wds, but im still not out of the woods yet. If anyone has a success story with this withdrawal ease i would love to hear it.

man… I’ve struggled with addiction for over 10 years, mostly opiates, but i definitely didn’t limit my addiction to only opiates.
if you want some advice on this subject, i’m assuming you do because you’ve posted this question, i’m going to give it to you.

I was required by court to take a drug test and I tested positive for opiates without using any drugs. I need to prove that I do not use drugs, but the test revealed otherwise. My psyciatrist asked if I had eaten anything with poppy seeds in it, and I had just that morning of the drug test ( I had an everything bagel and a poppy seed bagel). I tried to tell the court what I thought had happened, and they told me that I was a liar and in denial about my addiction to drugs. My name has been tarnished, I am now being treated as a low-life and I need a way to prove to them that I am being honest. It feels horrible to be in this position. I am going to be 24 in a few months however I am constantly told that I look 17 years old. Many people tell me this is a blessing and when I get older I will be thankful but right now it sucks.
– When I go out to the bar everyone id’s me more than once. Bartenders whisper to me “How old are you REALLY. I won’t tell?”
– I get asked for my Id for everything..movies, tanning, lottery tickets, etc.

Methadone and Harmd. Is Harmd doing more harm?
I am here to write my opinion on HARMD. This means; “Helping America Reduce Methadone Deaths”.
Although their intentions might be good or in their own mind considered good. H.A.R.M.D. is disseminating lies about the drug Methadone. A co-founder of this organzition experienced a horrible tragedy in regards to the admintration of this drug in a professional medical setting.
As the story goes this individuals loved one was addicted to Oxycodone. Upon seeking medical help for this, the Medical facilty gave this person Methadone in conjunction with a benzodiazepiene and this person tragically died as a result of this combination. A dangerous combination.

My brother has drug addictions. The main one I know of is OxyContin and I suspect heroin is also an issue.
He went to the Holistic Drug Rehab (same one that “Intervention” uses) and was “fine” when he came home, it hasnt been 3 months and here is is again back at it. His wife has kicked him out and he is “homeless” aside from staying at users/dealers places. He has nothing anymore. He is 23 years old.
What I dont get is how a person can go through 120 days sober and all of the sudden be back into the drugs. How much will he lose before he quits? God only knows.
I am just scared he will die. I love him so much.
What can I do to help him?
